Then & Now: What's Wrong With This Old Map?

Patch readers weren't particularly enthusiastic about old gas stations, so I'll leave that for awhile. Onward to old maps. We have quite a collection on the Historical Society website, but this map, circa 1946, is a bit unusual. 

I can find three serious errors on the map.

Hint: None of the errors involve a business name. Two streets are carrying the wrong name and one building is in the wrong place. How many problems can you find?
