A Carmichael teenager reported missing earlier this evening has been found, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office has announced.
Police said Luis Ibarra, 14, was found unharmed and returned to the group home on the 5300 block of Engle Road where he lives after he went missing, said Dep. Jason Ramos. Ibarra had last been seen at 3 p.m. this afternoon and was considered at-risk due to an unspecified mental condition.
