Chamber Hosts Valentine's Mixer At Mercy San Juan

Carmichael chamber luncheon is Feb. 28.

More than 75 business leaders met at this past Wednesday to mix and do business.

Brian Ivie, head of Mercy San Juan, talked about the opportunities associated with the name change of the parent organization to Dignity Health. Mercy provided the food by in house staff headed by Chef Spencer. They were very good! Much improved from the fare last time I visited the hospital.

Local officials including and and additional candidates for the fall elections. Carmichael chamber board member Becky Furtado was a gracious hostess and passed out stress relievers just in case people were having a tough week.

President Chris Meyer with and chamber administrator Linda Melody and several board members were present to listen and share with the business community.
