Local canine author Chopper Steedley-Tolan will be signing his new book "I've Been Picked! Chopper's "Tail" of Adoption". The photo-illustrated "I've Been Picked!" is the story of Chopper's first year with his diverse forever family told from his perspective. Readers and listeners can come along for the ride as Chopper meets his new friends and neighbors – and finds all kinds of ways to have fun and make mischief – and discovers that it's no big deal to be adopted.
