Join us for the 2nd Day of Peace Health and Wellness Faire at the Carmichael Park Band Shell! Hosted by Saha Wellness Center of Carmichael and Carmichael Rec & Park District, this day is about creating peace internally so you can do it externally too. There will be music - Mercy Me is the headliner, food, vendors, kids' activities and more. Free fitness demos and yoga classes will be held all day.
