
The foundation of our practice is Mindful Awareness. Although the techniques have been practiced for thousands of years, it is a wonderful practice fortoday's society with our busy and noisy lives. Mindfulness has practical applications such as stress reduction, increased focus and better overall health. Yet with regular practice, it can be a wonderful spiritual path bringing inner peace and happiness.
This class is designed for beginners and experienced meditators who have 'beginners mind' (which we should all have, whether we have one day or 100 years of experience).
