Family Appreciation Open House & Food Drive

WHAT:  The Annual Canned Food Drive and Robinson’s Taekwondo Family Appreciation Day Open House at participating regional Robinson’s TKD locations.


 


WHO:  The instructors and students of Robinson’s will be testing throughout the day, with high-flying round kicks, striking sets and blocks, all part of the dynamic demonstrations of skill practiced in the Korean martial art as they test for their next belt. It’s a great showcase of regional black belt skills, technique and performance.

Families will enjoy the show, play games, win prizes and have the opportunity to try out a variety of healthy fitness choices including Zumba, Cardio-Kickboxing, Muy Thai and the rigors of Robinson’s MMA Fitness Challenge.

WHY:  To help keep regional food closets stocked with canned vegetables. Robinson’s asks those attending to bring one can of healthy vegetables to donate. Food donated will be given directly to local food banks.


 


WHEN: Saturday, June 1, 2013, doors open at 9 am.


COST: Free, but please bring a can of veggies!
