Happy Bodies Workout - Strength Training

The Happy Bodies Workout is an all over body workout that incorporates a variety of activities in every class.  We mix up every Happy Bodies Workout with core exercises, strength training with dumbbells, kettlebells, and body bars, steps, ball work, cardio intervals, resistance bands, plyometrics, and good old fashioned calisthenics. 

This high energy, high calorie burning class will leave you feeling energized and just plain happy!

Mondays: 9am & 5pm, Tuesdays: 6:15pm, Wednesdays: 9am & 5pm, Thursdays: 9am & 6:15pm, Fridays: 9am (Weightless), Saturdays: 8am
