Healthy Tea Party

One Saturday a month, Dr. Heather Wdowin has a tea party in the library at the Natural Path Integrated Medical Center. We sip tea and eat finger foods and discuss different health issues and answer general questions from a holistic, natural perspective. People interested in alternative medicine should come and learn. This group was started to help educate people about their health choices, as the term "Doctor" comes from the latin "docere" which means "To Teach".  June 4th we will be discussing stress, how you determine how much you are under, learn how it effects your body, and what you can do to help reverse it so it doesn't lead to serious illness.
