On Thursday, May 16, women are invited to roll up their sleeves, get their hands dirty and enjoy a night out learning how to turn their “Pinspirations” into reality at a hands-on workshop. The Home Depot and popular local blogger Rayan Turner, author of Design Confidential will host a Pinterest-inspired Do-It-Herself Workshop at the Stanford Ranch The Home Depot store. The event is part of a series of free monthly Do-It-Herself Workshops aimed at helping women tackle popular home décor and design projects.
Through her blog, Rayan aims to share variety of projects you can do on your own and for pennies on the dollar with her more than 19,000 readers. Working together with a The Home Depot gardening expert, Rayan will give participants a dose of do-it-yourself inspiration for their homes.
Attendees will leave having learned how to create a custom Pinterest-inspired succulent garden, how to identify and select succulent plants, how to plant a succulent container garden and how to provide care for a garden.
