Taught by Allisone Miller, certified & licensed HoopGirl® and Hoopnotica® Instructor & Holistic Energy Worker of sacramentohoopdance.com  

Sweat, smile, move and groove in a hand-crafted adult sized hoop covered in friction tape for a full body cardiovascular and toning workout. It’s a unique blend of hooping drills and freestyle flow cultivation lead by veteran hoopdancer, Allisone of SacramentoHoopDance.com. All levels are welcome, hoops are provided for use.
