Join the Carmichael Chamber of Commerce as they honor Kitty O'Neal as 2012 Carmichael Person of the Year. The Chamber will also be honoring Veteran of the Year, Earl Koobs, and Patriots of the Year, Lola and Jim Warrick. Admission to the event includes dinner and no host bar. Proceeds will benefit the Chamber, with a portion going to The Sacramento Children's Home.
