Self Defense & Safety Workshop

Do you have the skills to survive an unexpected real life attack? Test it against the Redman suit. Learn proper self-defense during unexpected violence or attack and filled w/ adrenaline, stress & in a fear induced state.

This Unique Workshop begins with awareness and prevention; moving on to hand to hand defense designed to enhance instinctual and natural gross-motor movement reactions to unexpected violence or attack. Through our unique simulations and training learning self-defense is so simple and practical that YOU are in control if anyone confronts you in real life. Don't be caught off guard. Train with the Redman.

Learn to STOP would-be rapists, stalkers, molesters, muggers, annoying punks at bars, purse snatchers, and bullies in their tracks! Learn how to shock an attacker and throw them off guard – without any special strength or knowledge of martial arts and regardless of age, size, shape or experience to attend and learn.

Remember - complex martial arts or fighting techniques take months to years to learn and master. Your body and mind does not go to complex techniques when the heart rate goes up and filled with adrenaline from unwanted, unexpected violence.

We provide each student with individual realistic situational activities, not just theory and cognitive learning. We have a fully padded instructor for our unique life like simulations. Each student / family participant will receive take home review materials at well as a certificate of completion at the end of the workshop. For all ages 13+.
