Come join instructor, Phonglada Foletta, as she teaches you how to prepare a traditional Thai dinner. You will learn about common ingredients and how to combine them to develop the desired flavors. Our menu includes: Thai chicken soup in coconut milk (Tom Kha Gai), Thai seafood salad (Yum Talay), stir fried chicken with basil (Pad holapa Gai), and sticky rice with mango (kownaew ma mugg). Come hungry as we will be able to enjoy the meal we have prepared during the final hour of class. Materials fee of $10 due to instructor at class.
