The New Christy Minstrels, under the direction of Randy Sparks, will perform this live concert as a fundraiser for the Fair Oaks Theatre Festival and The New Christy Minstrels Foundation. In response to the last two years of sell out
performances, the NCMs will perform two shows.br />
The New Christy Minstrels are an American folk music group founded by Randy Sparks in 1961.They recorded over 20 albums and had several hits, including "Green, Green", "Saturday Night", "Today", "Denver", and "This Land is Your Land". In all NCMs have had nearly 300 members, including famous alumni Kenny Rogers, John Denver, and Barry McGuire.
