Maita Automotive Buying Carmichael Honda

In a deal awaiting approval from the manufacturer, the Maita Automotive Group has agreed to buy the Carmichael Honda car dealership, the Sacramento Business Journal reported.

"Norris Rancourt is selling the Citrus Heights store — yes, it’s located in Citrus Heights despite the Carmichael name — that he opened in Carmichael four decades ago," SBJ writer Kelly Johnson blogged.

Rancourt is still a co-owner of two motorcycle stores, including , and which Rancourt opened in 1962, the SBJ reported.
