The United Nations declared September 21st a Day of Peace on our planet back in the 80s. Here we are in the twentyfirst century and people are still at war! Lets join together and BE the change we want to see in the world! We will be at Carmichael Park from 10am - 3pm for a day filled with music, yoga, zumba, vendors, food and mirth! Come and meet nonprofits to see what is already happening in our community. Hear Dr Bisharat share how her Inspired Medicine has become a nonprofit and meet her staff!
Bring shoes and clothes to donate! You can walk the Contemplative Path of Peace and bless the shoes onto the next part of their journey! The shoes and clothes will go to California Recyclers and they will give 15 cents for every pound they collect BACK to Carmichael Park!
