1. (www.fliptastic.biz) is located at 6404 Fair Oaks Boulevard. It is a brand new facility featuring gymnastics, cheer and dance lessons and activities. In addition it offers a full size gymnastics area, built in pit, two full size dance studios, full size cheer floor and not to mention its jungle-themed Kinder area. Currently this fun company is seeking an instructor to teach its talented kids.

• Position: Gymnastics Teacher
• Duties:  Teaching all ages in gymnastics
• Requirements: Previous gymnastics teaching experience.  Must be available morning and afternoons - Weekend availability would be a plus!

2. (www.bikini-baristas.com) is located at 6330 Fair Oaks Blvd. This quaint little drive thru specializes in providing gourmet premium expresso beverages served by women in bikinis. Currently the shop is in need of a professional customer-oriented bikini barista. 

• Position: Part time - Bikini themed Barista (8-15 hrs/wk- this would be a good position for supplemental income)
• Duties:  Prepare expresso beverages, cash handling, customer service, store cleanliness, positive attitude, and wear a bikini, lingerie and/or costume attire.
• Requirements:  Must be comfortable, confident , maintain poise, professionalism and treat everyone with respect at all times. Coffee experience preferred but not required.

3. Path Logic (www.pathlogic.com) is located at 3637 Mission Ave. #5. It is a state-of -the-art pathology lab. 

• Position: Full time - Billing Clerk
• Duties: Maintain positive communications with physician offices via telephone, and providing billing clerical support.
• Requirements: One year of medical billing experience, customer service, previous laboratory billing experience preferred, strong telephony skills, computer proficiency in MS Office, interpersonal communications, organization, multi-task and able to meet deadlines.

4. Mission Carmichael Health Care Center is located at 3630 Mission Avenue. This friendly long-term care facility has a dynamic interdisciplinary team made up of physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, social service, discharge planning, nursing, activities and five days per week physician support. 

• Position: Occupational Therapist
• Duties: Evaluate, Treat residents and patients with conditions that are mentally, physically, developmentally or emotionally disabled.
• Requirements: Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy,  one year of clinical experience preferred and a current license to practice occupational therapy issued by the state.

• Position: Part time - Security/Maintenance
• Duties: 3 nights per week patrol/secure the grounds and facility, clean and maintain the common areas of the property and other related duties as assigned.

• Duties: Responsible for all areas of property management including, but not limited to apartment leasing, coordinating maintenance personnel and vendor requests, maintaining rent roll and all related documents. Also responsible for overall property appearance and positive atmosphere.
