1. (www.theatriumofcarmichael.com) is located at 5757 Cypress Ave.  The Atrium at Carmichael is a beautiful senior residential community surrounded by green trees and beautiful ponds. Seniors can have independent living, assisted living or home care services. This week they are looking to staff their industrial positions. 

• Position: Full time Maintenance Director
• Duties: General maintenance, repairs, oversees grounds; prepare apartments for new occupants, test fire equipment, routine inspections, report writing, assist with bids and other various related duties.
• Requirements: Good oral and written communication skills, work well with the elderly, team player, pass written exam, drug test and background check.
• Compensation: DOE + competitive benefits and compensation plan/medical and dental/life insurance and 401(k) plan for eligible employees.

• Position: Part time Housekeeper
• Duties:  General housekeeping of apartments and common areas and occasionally, relieve the receptionist for lunch periods.
• Requirements:  Customer service skills, fast and efficient, work well independently, enjoy working with elderly, good oral and written communications and two years housekeeping experience preferred.
• Compensation: $8 - $9/hr
