This week’s listings are quite a mix of job opportunities. Beverly's Fabrics needs a store manager, some local medical groups are looking for a receptionist and a billing clerk and not to mention local favorite Bella Bru Cafe is in need of a line cook and an assistant manager. Position: Store manager

Duties: Direct the day-to-day operations through strong management, payroll, store inventory and ensure all employees follow company guidelines and procedure.

Requirements: Must have a background in retail, minimum of two years in retail management and experience as an assistant manager is preferred.

Position: Billing clerk

Duties: Perform claim research, follow up on accounts until there is no balance, assist in answering phones and providing payment information to patients.

Requirements: Three years in related experience, knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing procedures and have strong computer and math skills.

Position: Patient scheduler

Duties: Obtain patient demographic and insurance information, prepare daily schedules and be responsible for pre-registering new patients. In addition, must be able to handle all areas of the front office duties.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required, experience and medical terminology a plus but not required.

Duties: Overall kitchen organization and preparation.

Requirements: Must have experience one year of experience as a line cook and two years overall kitchen help.
