• Foster City to discuss emergency response to condo fire (nbcbayarea.com) — Foster City leaders are set to revisit their response to last month's six-alarm Sea Spray Lane condo fire that displaced about 150 residents, as those affected return to City Hall urging a local state of emergency. Such a declaration could unlock state aid for housing, tax relief, and insurance help, which city officials previously resisted in favor of low-interest disaster loans.
