• Survivors of Foster City condo fire seek federal loans as they rebuild their lives (cbsnews.com) — Families displaced by last month's Sea Spray condo fire in Foster City can now seek low-interest federal disaster loans at the SBA's temporary Disaster Loan Outreach Center inside City Hall at 610 Foster City Blvd, open weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Survivors are using the loans, alongside insurance and community support, to replace essentials and try to stay in Foster City despite high housing costs.
