Foster City Residents Registered in Boston Marathon

Two explosions rocked Boston the end of the city's marathon Monday, resulting in casualties and injuries.

A day of celebration has turned into tragedy and chaos as two explosions took place about an hour after the first man crossed the finish line in Boston Monday.

According to the Boston Athletic Association website, two people registered for the race are from Foster City.
