8:30 a.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard and Center Park Lane: Police cited and released Pedro Manzanares Molina, 32, a Redwood City resident, on suspicion of driving without a license.

11:06 a.m., , Triton Drive: Juan Roman, 22, a Ontario resident, on suspicion of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

1:08 p.m., , East Hillsdale Boulevard: A vice-principal had a student in office who admitted to stealing three boxes of condoms from the store  during the last week. The student paid for the merchandise, instead of Safeway prosecuting.

3:07 p.m., Marlin Avenue: Someone wired $1,000 from a Bank of America account through Western Union to a recipient who turned out to be an internet fraudster.

8:20 p.m., Edgewater Boulevard and Beach Park Lane: Someone reported a seemingly suspicious person in a black hooded sweatshirt and jeans carrying a back pack. Resident was worried about recent burglaries. Police contacted the person, who was headed to the skatepark.

9:21 p.m., , East Hillsdale Boulevard: Someone reported seeing a couple get into an argument in a gray car in the parking lot. Police determined it was verbal only. 

Saturday

1:11 p.m., Blythe Street: Someone reported a loud, back yard party.

11:22 a.m., , East Hillsdale Boulevard: Police arrested Lionel Gadson, 31, a San Francisco resident, on suspicion of commercial burglary and possessing illegal drug paraphernalia. 

1:07 p.m., , Metro Center Boulevard: Tetyana Pyeshkova, 59, a Foster City resident, was cited and released on suspicion of shoplifting.

2:27 p.m., Admiralty Lane: A 16-year-old girl was arrested on a warrant and booked into juvenile hall after she allegedly pushed her mother and held her hand over her mother's mouth.

9:35 p.m.,  Trade Winds Apartments, Polynesia Drive: A man called police after he reportedly found a ziplock baggy containing white powder inside of a magazine advertisement he received in the mail. Police determined the baggy was part of the ad.

10:57 p.m., Pitcairn Drive and Aruba Lane: Someone reported seeing a white Honda Civic, occupied by two males, doing donuts in the intersection and then sped off very fast toward Edgewater Boulevard.

Sunday

1:34 a.m., Catamaran Street A resident called police after someone had been knocking on the front door for about five minutes. It was later determined to be a neighbor trying to complain about water flooding into his backyard.

8:40 a.m., Pilgrim Drive: A Honda Civic was reported stolen from in front of the owner's home.

1:53 p.m., Boothbay Park: A resident called to police seeking advice about garbage the person found in the park.

2:30 p.m., , East Hillsdale Boulevard: A woman in her 20s, possibly Middle Eastern, was reportedly asking for money in the parking lot.

11:36 p.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard and Highway 101: Tevita Afuhaamango, 78, a San Mateo resident, was cited and released on suspicion of driving without a license.
