Police Blotter: Irate Homeowner Shouts Down Boy Scouts; Accused Kahlua Burglars Sent to Jail

Thursday, Nov. 10

6:01 a.m., Shell Boulevard and East Hillsdale Boulevard: A two-vehicle accident left a motorist hospitalized with unspecified injuries. There were no arrests.

12:22 p.m., San Mateo Bridge: A San Mateo woman was arrested on a bench warrant for driving with a suspended license. Erika Vail, 25, was taken to county jail.

Friday, Nov. 11

7:11 a.m., St. Vincent Lane: A Swiss Army knife, flashlight and a multifunctional tool were stolen from an unlocked vehicle some time between 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 10 and 6:50 a.m.

8:55 a.m., Crowne Plaza: A thief stole a bicycle seat and replaced it with another one.

2:50 p.m., Sony Corp. on Tower Lane: An iPhone theft that occurred on Sept. 28 was reported.

9:16 p.m., Foster City Boulevard: Two Atwater men were arrested on bench warrants. Luis Vasquez, 24, and Rafael Vasquez, 31, were cited and released.

 

Saturday, Nov. 12

2:34 a.m., Public Storage on Triton Drive: Police arrested Manuel Rocamora, 29, Juan Perez, 33 and Efren Reyes, 30, on suspicion of commercial burglary.

9:51 a.m., Flying Fish Street: A garage door opener was stolen from an unlocked vehicle inside an open garage. The theft occurred sometime between 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

10:50 a.m., Edgewater Boulevard and Bay Lane: A hit-and-run driver caused unspecified damage to another vehicle.

5:08 p.m., Taco Bell on Triton Drive: A San Bruno resident was arrested on a $10,000 warrant for driving under the influence. Virk Amarjit, 36, was taken to county jail.

 

Sunday, Nov. 13

3:07 a.m., Crowne Plaza: A burglar stole cash and sunglasses worth valued at an estimated $300 from a room after a party.

10:02 a.m., Plymouth Lane: A man yelled threateningly at boy scouts and their troop leader for placing a hanger for food donations on his door.

11:45 a.m., Pelican Court: Burglars stole a 9mm handgun from under a desk between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

12:47 p.m., Anacapa Lane: A child’s black Haro BMX bicycle was stolen between 9 p.m. on Nov. 10 and 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 11.

3:16 p.m., Target at Bridgepointe Parkway: A South San Francisco man was arrested on a $5,000 misdemeanor warrant. Andre Curry, 38, was taken to county jail.

4:33 p.m., Public Storage on Triton Drive: Burglars hit a storage locker containing electronics valued at an undetermined amount tome time after Nov. 8.

7:49 p.m. on Comet Drive: Burglars stole tools valued at $1,000 from a storage locker sometime after 11 a.m. on Nov. 12.

8:31 p.m. Jay Vee Liquors on Shell Boulevard: Police arrested two women for stealing a bottle of Kahlua off a store shelf. Sabel Rodriguez, 18 of Ceres (near Modesto), and Michelle Haltenhoff, 19 of Foster City, were arrested for burglary and taken to county jail.
