7:03 a.m., Parks Department storage building Sea Cloud Park on Sea Cloud Drive: Vandals covered a wall and door with feces and rebarred a door, causing damage estimated at $200. The incident occurred between 2 p.m. on Tuesday and 6:45 a.m.

1:38 a.m., Windward Way: A Foster City woman was arrested on an outstanding $10,000 warrant out of San Mateo on suspicion of driving under the influence. Monica Silacci, 32, was booked into county jail.
