Police Blotter: Hit-and-Run Driver Sends Cyclist to ER; Flat Screens, Cash and Jewelry Stolen From Unlocked Apartment

Friday, Jan. 6
9:32 a.m., Corsica Lane: A tenant reportedly choked their landlord during a dispute. The landlord declined medical attention and did not want police responding to the incident to press charges after the tenant agreed to move out within a week.
11:28 a.m., Edgewater Boulevard: Burglars stole two unboxed flat screen TVs, a diamond ring and possibly $ 1,500 in cash from an apartment that was left unlocked. The incident occurred sometime after 6 a.m.

11:34 a.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard: A bicyclist suffered unspecified injuries in a hit-and-run incident that occurred at about 6 p.m. on Thursday night. The vehicle involved was described as a light-colored four-door. The victim received emergency room treatment at Stanford Medical Center.
4:14 p.m., Foster City Boulevard: Vandals keyed a parked car sometime between 6:30 and 10 p.m. on Thursday night.

Saturday, Jan. 7
2:50 a.m., Edgewater Boulevard and Gateway Drive: A traffic stop resulted in two arrests. Jennifer Pimentel, 26 of Los Angeles, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and Angela Lorenzo, 23 of Hayward, was arrested on suspicion of public drunkenness. Both were taken to First Chance, a San Carlos treatment center.
3:03 p.m., Shell Bridge on Shell Boulevard: Two juveniles brandishing a BB gun were admonished and released to a parent after police responded to report that they were brandishing the weapon in a kayak.
4:41 p.m., Marlin Avenue: Burglars stole a GPS, an iPhone charger and sunglasses from a unlocked car sometime between noon and 3:30 p.m.
6:02 p.m., Foster’s Landing Lot on Bounty Drive: A Foster City man found slumped over in a parked car was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Saul Vigil, 41, was taken to First Chance.
Sunday, Jan. 8
7:45 a.m., Sea Cloud Park on Sea Cloud Drive: Police responded to report of an unleashed red Labrador. The female owner was described as a repeat offender, and her dog were gone when police arrived.
10:31 a.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard and Pilgrim Drive: A Foster City man was arrested on two outstanding warrants. John S. Cutler, 43, was taken to county jail.
