Police Blotter: Semiautomatic Weapon, iPhone, Stolen in Separate Car Burglaries Sunday

The following information was supplied by the Foster City Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Sept. 23,

9:03 a.m., Decatur and Farragut Boulevard: Police responded to a noninjury two-vehicle accident. 

9:23 a.m., Edgewater Boulevard: Police responded to complaints of a dispute at Citibank by a woman who claimed the bank opened a separate business account for her.

10:34 a.m., Spinnaker Cove: Police were summoned to a Target store when an employee reported unauthorized use of a customer’s credit card out of state.

10:42 a.m., Beach Park Boulevard:  Burglars stole a toddler hiking backpack and empty lock boxes from a locked storage unit. She said they cut a lock to get to her belongings.

11:35 a.m., Bounty Drive: A 6-way Motorala portable radio and six chargers valued at $300 each were stolen from to the maintenance office of Foster’s Landing Apartments.

3:09  p.m. Foster City Boulevard and Bounty Drive: Police responded to a call about a large drum blocking the roadway but determined the complaint was unfounded when they couldn’t find the drum.

7:29 p.m., Beach Park Boulevard: Police responded to Beachcomber apartments to take a report of a vehicle theft.

 

Saturday, Sept. 24

2:49 a.m., Crown Plaza and Chess Drive: Floridalma Hinckley, a 48-year-old Burlingame resident, was arrested for drunk driving.

8:31 a.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard: Donald Leonard, 57 of Foster City, was arrested at the Foster City Police Department on a $1,500 misdemeanor warrant and booked into county jail.

5:32 p.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard: Donald Clifton, 54 of San Mateo, was cited and released for driving on a suspended license.

 

Sunday Sept. 25

1:33 a.m. Shell Boulevard: Gabriel Luevano, 45 of San Diego, was arrested for drunk driving at the Courtyard by Marriott.

8:13 a.m., Monterey Avenue: Burglars broke into a car and stole an iPhone and $12 in cash from the console.

10:53 a.m., Foster City Boulevard and Admiralty Lane: An anonymous person found a checkbook and brought it to police, who returned it to the owner.

12:48 p.m., Tender Lane: A semiautomatic pistol was stolen from a man’s car. The gun was in a locked case that contained two loaded magazines and $200 in cash. It was not known how the burglars got into the vehicle.
