Police Blotter: Transient Arrested in Alleged Attack on Female Jogger; Bikes Stolen From Bowditch Recovered

Monday, May 14
8:03 a.m. Twin Bridges on East Hillsdale Boulevard: Graffiti was reported under the bridge.
10:13 a.m., Sea Spray Lane: Graffiti was found along a fence line by an apartment complex swimming pool.

3:32 p.m., Bowditch School on Tarpon Street: Two students' bicycles stolen from a bike rack were recovered later in the day at Central Peninsula Church and released to their parents.
4:49 p.m., Sea Horse Court: A girl's orange Diamondback 21-speed bike with no serial number valued at about $170 was stolen from an unlocked garage .

Tuesday, May 15
2:12 p.m., Avalon Avenue: Police arrested two Foster City residents on an outstanding felony warrants out of the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. Louis Lee, 32, and Charlene Lee 34, were taken to county jail.
Wednesday, May 16
7:34 a.m., East Third Avenue: A homeless man was arrested for allegedly punching a female jogger in the arm near the levee. Donald Tuggle, 38, was spotted after the alleged incident at the parking lot of the old Black Angus and held on a citizen's arrest until police arrived and took him to county jail.
Thursday, May 17
11:30 a.m., Admiralty Lane: Burglars left a broken key in the ignition in a botched car theft. The burglars moved cloths from the trunk into the backseat and ransacked the glove compartment.
12:16 p.m., Orchard Supply Hardware on Metro Center Boulevard: Three burglars were seen on video returning items it appeared they intended to steal after they were observed by store employees. A later check revealed that a knife was still missing.
