12:30 a.m. Petty theft at the Bistro on Chess Drive.
10:25 a.m. Silver mountain bike with red handlebars found at Burrows and Blythe.
10:56 a.m. Shoplifting of $200 worth of hard drives at Costco Wholesale on Metro Center Boulevard.
12:51 p.m. Assault, road rage incident on East Hillsdale Boulevard.
5:52 p.m. Assault with a deadly weapon, child struck in the head while walking in grassy area near the old Chipotle.
6:10 p.m. Suspicious circumstances at Arcturus Park on Arcturus Circle. A group of people picnicking in the park were reported for violating the law. No crime observed.
Sept. 11
1:16 a.m. Suspicious circumstances on Shad Court. Two darkly-clad juveniles standing in the middle of the street with their bicycles refused to move.
1:49 a.m. Arrest DUI on Chess Drive.
8:47 a.m. Suspicious circumstances. Individuals reported on power poles at the end of East Third Avenue at Mariners Island Boulevard.
11:30 a.m. Found property. Hacksaw blade with taped handle found in lot on Transom Lane and disposed of.
12:06 p.m. Vandalism. Paint on side of house, appears to be accidental.
12:15 p.m. Ex-spouse showed up without notice and refused to leave. Nimitz Lane. Left voluntarily after police arrived.
5 p.m. Modesto man arrested at Home Depot in San Mateo for violating a criminal protective order.
5:45 p.m. Suspicious person. Man reported for wearing black gloves in hot weather while walking northbound on Flying Fish Street toward Gull Park.
7:02 p.m. Suspicious activity: Two juveniles seen emptying a black, 55-gallon drum into the Bay approximately an eighth-mile south of Beach Park and Swordfish along the water. Gone on arrival.
8:45 p.m. Neighbor reports individuals barbecuing after dark believing it is a city ordinance violation in Boothbay Park, Boothbay Avenue.
