33-Year-Old Fountain Valley Man Identified as Homicide Victim
Ermilo Marcial was gunned down in Fountain Valley Saturday. No arrests have been made.
A man gunned down over the weekend in Fountain Valley was identified today as a 33-year-old local resident.
Ermilo Marcial was pronounced dead at 7:36 p.m. Saturday at UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s-Coroner’s Office.
The shooting occurred about 7 p.m. Saturday at 16308 San Gabriel St. When police arrived, they found the victim unconscious, and he was rushed to the hospital, according to Fountain Valley police Lt. Matt Sheppard.

No arrests were reported, and police did not respond today to requests for an update on the investigation.
