• Orange County street medicine program expands to four more cities (laist.com) — Fountain Valley is set to receive new mobile "street medicine" services as CalOptima Health doubles its outreach to unhoused residents across Orange County. Starting next year, a doctor's office on wheels will bring primary and behavioral health care directly into Fountain Valley neighborhoods, backed by a $4.3 million investment.
   

• Orange County scores and player stats for Tuesday, Aug. 18 (ocregister.com) — Fountain Valley High's boys water polo edged Warren 11-10, and the school's girls flag football team rolled past Sunny Hills 35-12 in Tuesday's nonleague action. The roundup also lists scores from other Orange County schools in girls tennis and boys water polo.
