• UCI Health — Fountain Valley Childbirth Preparation Orange County, CA (ucihealth.org) — Expecting parents delivering with UCI Health can join free four-week childbirth preparation classes held at the Fountain Valley Saltzer Conference Room on Euclid Street, with multiple start dates running into November. Sessions cover labor, Cesarean birth, infant care, and breathing techniques, but space is limited and UCI Health patients get priority, so registration and confirmation from a coordinator are required.
