• St. Margaret's football defeats Fountain Valley with second-half comeback (fresnobee.com) — Fountain Valley High's football team fell 14-7 to St. Margaret's after surrendering two long second-half touchdown passes in their nonleague matchup at Huntington Beach High. Junior quarterback Isaac Combs threw for 200 yards, but the Barons missed two short field goals and couldn't answer in the fourth quarter. Fountain Valley now prepares to travel to Glendora next Friday.
