The City of Fountain Valley is preparing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed 2045 Fountain Valley General Plan and has prepared a Notice of Preparation (NOP) with information describing the proposed project and its potential environmental effects. A NOP is a brief notice notifying agencies and the public that an EIR is being prepared and seeking input as to the content and scope of the EIR.
