Please join us for the first in the August General Plan Workshop series (see attached flyer). The information and feedback obtained during these workshops will be funneled into the draft General Plan Elements that are reviewed by the GPAC later this summer.

The first public workshop will be held on August 2 at 6:00 p.m. The workshop will be conducted via Zoom. In this workshop, you will be provided an overview of housing laws and existing housing conditions in the City. The workshop will focus on and your input will be sought on the following aspects of housing:
The maintenance and rehabilitation of existing housing stock

- Affordable housing opportunities
- Promoting housing opportunities for all persons
- Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing
Please be aware that while it will be summarily addressed, this workshop is not a discussion about the Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA) requirement. Details about this topic and the proposed response will be placed on the website in the near future
