City Of Fountain Valley: Street Sweeping Parking Enforcement To Continue

The City will continue to conduct normal street sweeping operations including enforcement. The City made an operational change to the City ordinance and are not enforcing the entire four hour period. Citation will only be issued when the street sweeper passes the parked vehicle. We are only asking the public to move your vehicle when the sweeper passes.

We understand there is a regional Stay-At-Home order; however, there are a lot of debris during this season and it is a state requirement that the City keeps debris from going into the storm drain. Therefore, the City has decided to continue our enforcement on street sweeping days..
