Condensed Childbirth Class

This class offers the same content as the four-week class, just at an accelerated pace. This one-day course is designed for first-time parents and covers the physical and emotional changes in an expectant mother’s last trimester, the labor and delivery process, and relaxation and breathing techniques. Please bring pen and paper to take notes, two pillows and one light blanket or a mat.

Please park in the visitor parking lot adjacent to Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center. The lot is located on the corner of Talbert and Foster. Parking is free. Please come into the main lobby of the hospital. You will be directed down the stairs. Please check the bulletin board located at bottom of the stairs.
