Fountain Valley Bicyclist Killed In Hit And Run

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA — A Fountain Valley bicyclist was killed Wednesday in a hit-and-run crash near his home. Resident Binh Ngo, 41, of Fountain Valley was fatally injured when a 90s Ford Mustang struck him shortly before 1 a.m. in the area of Brookhurst Street and Ellis Avenue, according to police.

Ngo died at the scene.

"Surveillance footage shows he was hit by an early 90s red Ford Mustang that may have front-end damage," Fountain Valley Police said. Aside from a description of the vehicle, a suspect description has not yet been released.
