Fountain Valley Woman Drowns in Costa Mesa Hotel Pool

A 57-year-old woman was pronounced dead today from injuries suffered in a hotel swimming pool in Costa Mesa.

Suzanne Fisher, a resident of Fountain Valley, was pronounced dead at 1:41 a.m. at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital, according to the Coroner’s Office.

Fisher suffered the injuries about 6 p.m. Friday, while at the swimming pool at the Vagabond Inn, 3205 Harbor Blvd., according to the Coroner’s Office.

Costa Mesa police Sgt. Cameron Phillips said officers responded out to the scene, but had no other immediate information.
