Some local breakfast deals to warm your tummy without lightening your wallet.

Yes, it’s true: February has been designated National Hot Breakfast Month. An entire month to leave that cold cereal bowl alone and kick off your morning with a hot meal. Here are some local hot breakfast deals to help you start your day right:

 1. Los Primos Mexican Food serves breakfast all day and offers $5 meal deals. You can choose between a Monster Sunrise Taco platter with home fries and toast, or the Sausage and Egg Burrito with home fries and toast. Each combo is only $5, and for 99 cents, you can add a hot coffee to the mix.

2. At the , they serve their breakfast specials from 6 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. Specials include ham, two eggs, home fries or hashbrowns, and toast for $4.99, or French toast, two eggs, and bacon or sausage for $3.99.

3.  Craving some biscuits and gravy? Then is the place for you. They serve biscuits and gravy with hashbrowns for only $2.90. They also have a cheese omelet with hashbrowns and salsa for $3.90. George’s serves breakfast all day.

4. Hot Off the Grill serves breakfast until 11 a.m. Monday through Friday and until noon on Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast specials include three eggs, pastrami, hashbrowns and toast for $5.29 or three eggs, chorizo, hashbrowns, beans, and tortillas for $5.59.

5. Serving breakfast from 7:30 a.m. util 11 a.m.,  offers its old-fashioned oatmeal , which comes with an array of toppings, including currants, dried cranberries, brown sugar, toasted walnuts, and almonds, for $3.49.  It’s served with a homemade sweet crisp.
