Fullerton Woman Charged with Oregon ATM Skimming Operation
An Orange County woman was arrested and charged with crimes related to an ATM skimming operation in Oregon. Two Romanian teens were involved

A California woman and two Romanian teens were arrested last week on charges connected to an ATM skimming device that had been hooked up to a machine in a convenience store in Tualatin. Fiorina Welch, a 36-year-old from Fullerton, California was charged with unlawful factoring of a credit card transaction.
The device - which steals the card information from debit and credit cars - had been discovered by the store manager.

The three were arrested when they returned to retrieve the machine.
Police are trying to determine if they are connected to similar devices located in Beaverton, Tigard, and elsewhere.

The teens - ages 16 and 17 - are from Romania and are charged with criminal possession of a forgery device, interfering with a police officer, and unlawful factoring of a credit card transaction.
