Roller Skating
Where/When: Fountain Valley Skating Center, 9105 Recreation Circle, Fountain Valley; 6 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, 5 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday
Why go: Because up to five family members (including at least one parent) can skate for $15.
Pricing: $15 for the family plus $3 individual skate rental.
Boomers
Where/When: 16922 Magnolia St, Fountain Valley, all weekend.
Why go: Because good students can bring in their report cards and receive three tokens for every A, two tokens for every B earned.

Sesame Street Presents: The Body
Where/When: Discovery Science Museum, 2500 N. Main Street, Santa Ana, 714-542-2823; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Why go: Elmo meet and greet four times throughout the day, plus the chance to boogie at Grover's Dance party.
Pricing: $12.95 for adults and $9.95 for children age 3 to 17.
