Grocery Chain Offering $13-21 Per Hour Wages to Hire for Fountain Valley Store

ALDI, a discount market slated to open 25 new stores in Orange and Los Angeles counties will hold a series of job fairs Thursday to hire staff at salaries above the industry standard, according to the company.

ALDI will be opening 25 stores in the region between March and July.

The chain will host 11 hiring events to fill positions for the ALDI’s spring openings in the region, including a new store in Fountain Valley. Locals are encouraged to apply.

Thursday’s hiring event runs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the site of the future Fountain Valley store at 17070 Magnolia St.

Pay for open positions ranges from $13 to $21 an hour. Employees would work from 33 to 40 hours per week and would be eligible for full benefits including health and 401k. Employees must be 18 or older, have a high school diploma, and able to lift 45 pounds.
