Missing Man Found, Reunited With His Family In Orange County
A man reported missing in Santa Ana was found, reunited with his family on Thursday.

SANTA ANA, CA — Santa Ana police asked Thursday for the public's help tracking down an elderly man with early-onset Alzheimer's disease. He was later found, thanks to the help of nearby residents, according to police.
Jose Guadalupe Arellano, 85, was seen leaving his home in the 2000 block of West Glenwood Place about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna.
"He has wandered off before and is usually found in cities near Santa Ana," Bertagna said, adding that Arellano walks with a noticeable sideways limp.

Arellano only had $10 in his pocket when he left and he does not use public transportation, according to police. He does not have a phone or ID with him.
Arellano is 5-foot-7, weighs about 150 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark blue checkered shirt, dark blue pants, dark slip-on tennis shoes and a white cowboy hat.
