Stolen Car Leads To Burgled Backpack Discovery

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA — A stolen car investigation led to the discovery of stolen property in inland Orange County according to officials. A vehicle burglary in Fullerton led officers to search to a home in Anaheim, where they found a cache of stolen purses and backpacks, police said Monday.

The dispatched officers responded at approximately 1:30 a.m. Sunday to 150 W. Santa Fe Avenue, on the report of a vehicle burglary and a stolen vehicle, police said. The officers were led on an investigation that took them to Anaheim, the Fullerton Police Department reported. There, the stolen property was discovered.
