Don’t worry about being out of shape or not having tried martial arts before; these classes are geared for every level from novice to expert. The staff teaches that martial arts can help you gain discipline, self-control and courage. I like that it can also help you get fit and lose weight.

“I love the cardio kickboxing class,” said local mom Joanie Marshall. “I started out slowly but now can keep up at full speed.”
The staff focuses on making classes fun and motivating, and you have a choice of cardio kickboxing or yoga, or both. Plus, you can try one lesson free, so now you have no excuse not to get out there and start kicking.
