Police said it appears the suspects were casing the bank before robbing and killing the 35-year-old in Orange County. (Breaking)

ORANGE COUNTY, CA – Authorities Tuesday released the name of a 35-year- old man gunned down outside an ATM in Garden Grove, as the search for his killers intensified.
Minh Le Anh Pham worked at a business within walking distance of the ATM at the Bank of America branch at 13952 Brookhurst St. where he went to withdraw cash, said Garden Grove police Lt. Carl Whitney.
Pham had recently moved to Garden Grove from Arizona, Whitney said.

Detectives on Tuesday were working various leads after interviewing 13 witnesses to the deadly shooting, he said. Police estimate there may have been up to 100 people in and around the bank branch when the shooting happened about 10:10 p.m. Sunday, Whitney said.
Surveillance video indicates that Pham "seemed happy making his bank transaction," before he was confronted by two suspects, Whitney said.

"He's up there doing his business and 60 seconds later he's confronted by these two criminals, thugs," Whitney said.
Witnesses said there did not appear to be any physical altercation with the two suspects. They recalled hearing the three exchange words, and then shots rang out, Whitney said.
It appeared from surveillance video that the suspects were driving around the bank's parking lot in a silver or gray SUV with a roof rack, waiting for a potential victim, Whitney said.
Witnesses offered varying accounts on descriptions of the suspects, so investigators are going through surveillance video to get a better handle on what they look like, Whitney said.
"Detectives are asking for help from the public with any information that will lead to the apprehension of the suspects," police said.
Anyone with information can call the agency at (714) 741-5704.
Another robbery occurred at the ATM about two hours earlier, but it was unrelated and police made an arrest in that case, Whitney said. According to the Orange County Register, both crimes were at the same bank.
Garden Grove police arrested a 46-year-old transient who allegedly robbed and assaulted a 50-year-old woman on her way to use an ATM at the bank, authorities said.
