Not so sure about the first one...pretty sure that's universal, at least across the Bay. The rest of them, however, are pretty accurate if I do say so myself! Essentially Fremont in a nutshell: beautiful California sunsets, good food, the occasional sketch locale, and, of course, the overwhelmingly rich history.
