4 Acres Burn In Coyote Hills Regional Park
The fire was reported Monday afternoon and quickly halted by the Fremont Fire Department.
FREMONT, CA — The Fremont Fire Department put a quick halt to a vegetation fire in Coyote Hills Regional Park Monday afternoon. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is unknown.
Forward progress on the fire was halted at four acres, and the fire is 100-percent contained.
Crews are making sure there are no hot spots that will re-ignite.

The Fremont Fire Department devoted considerable resources to the firefight to make sure it didn't get out of control. According to fire department spokeswoman Aisha Knowles, the department sent:
